I’m known for teaching party businesses how to get more gigs without spending hours on the computer, so that you can do less of what you hate and more of what you love.

When I started, over 20 years ago, I never imagined that one day I’d be running my own successful kids entertainment business.  One that had grown to multiple locations, with a team of over 50 staff, running over 3000 events per year and generating over a million dollars in annual revenues!

But… it wasn’t always like this for me.

I got into the kids entertainment business because I loved working with kids. (still do!)

Then, after a few months of running my business, things got challenging.

Keeping up with everything that had to get done felt impossible. I struggled to stay on top of everything my clients and my staff needed from me.  Plus, personally taking care of all the sales and marketing to keep the business afloat wasn’t easy at all.  I felt like I was constantly chasing my tail.

What was most frustrating was that my family and friends thought running a party business is all fun and games.

And sometimes it is.   Mostly, however, it isn’t.

It can be hard.  Really hard.

But then I started to figure things out!  Things got easier, better, more profitable!

Now, teaching others how to make their party business more profitable and easier to run is the part that I love.
